Our warranty ensures that all YOURPOWERPACK suitcases are protected against any non-cosmetic damage resulting from manufacturing defects. While no suitcase is unbreakable, we strive to provide you with peace of mind on your travels.

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or country.
Products Covered
This warranty applies to polycarbonate luggage manufactured by YOURPOWERPACK LLC (“YOURPOWERPACK”) and purchased directly from YOURPOWERPACK or through our authorized retailers.
YOURPOWERPACK LLC‘s Limited Warranty and Responsibilities
YOURPOWERPACK LLC warrants the Luggage against defects in materials and workmanship under regular travel use to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the luggage.
Warranty Applicability
A proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty coverage.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover luggage used for non-travel purposes or items sold “as-is”, returned, previously owned, or as any non-new product. The warranty also does not cover cosmetic damages such as scratches or dents, or damages caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or neglect. Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.
Warranty Process
In the event of a defect, YOURPOWERPACK LLC’s sole liability and your exclusive remedy under this warranty will be, at YOURPOWERPACK’s option, to repair or replace the luggage, which may be of a different color or model if identical products are not available.
Responsibilities of the Customer
To claim the warranty, you must return the luggage to YOURPOWERPACK with proof of purchase. The defect must be verified, and all claims should be sent to the address provided at the end of this policy.
Should your luggage require service under the warranty, YOURPOWERPACK will repair or replace the defective luggage and return it within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs for sending the luggage for service are the customer’s responsibility, but we will cover the return shipping.
Additional Terms
Repaired or replaced luggage will continue under the original warranty coverage. For luggage locked during shipping, YOURPOWERPACK will unlock it; however, shipping and handling costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim if the requirements are not met or if the claim is outside the scope of the warranty coverage.
